Cultured, lush and very cosmopolitan, Vancouver BC offers all the typical city attractions but done better, boasting also a wide range of outdoor activities within easy reach.
Everything you need for a traditional northwoods family vacation, from beach bonfires to walleyes. Located only 5 miles from Walker on Leech Lake - currently the hottest lake in MN. Our family resort is on quiet Kabekona Bay so even small boats can take advantage of fantastic Leech Lake fishing. We have 9 modern housekeeping cabins that are spaced for privacy on 24 wooded acres. Full-service protected harbor & Lund boat rentals. A large sandy beach, water toys, large playground & rustic recreation lodge with snacks, pizza and limited groceries. You'll enjoy our area for shopping and dining or visit the casinos, wild life park, go horseback riding, excellent golfing, play tennis, hike or bike the Heartland or Paul Bunyan trails or visit Itasca State Park, the source of the Mississippi. You may choose to stay right here and fish, swim, go canoeing, or use our kayaks, paddleboat, basketball court, play horseshoe, volleyball or tetherball, or sit around a bonfire on the beach. Come and relax, read, watch for eagles and listen for the call of the loons.
