Description

The Sunseeker EX is a 12 sleeper and a very spacious 12 sleeper at that. It only differs from the fabulous Sunseeker 3 in that it offers an extra bathroom. Two of these state rooms are behind the galley (1 is lower berth). One is in the back, and the last is in the boat's penthouse. The Sunseeker EX, like the Sunseeker 3, also has two sofas and a dinette, which convert into double beds.

Enjoy the bimini top on the exterior deck which keeps you shaded while you rest in one of the boat's cushioned deck chairs. While you're relaxing, treat yourself to an excellent meal. A barbecue on the deck lets you prepare hot-off-the-grill steaks and hamburgers. A full range, along with a microwave and refrigerator, allows for truly homestyle lunches and dinners.

Of course, no houseboat trip is complete without a little water recreation. A large hot tub serves well while you're in a lounge mood, while a slide off the top is a quicker, wetter kind of fun. After you're done with the water, a suntan area lets you dry off in style.

The rental rates listed include propane, insurance, taxes and fuel.  A  down payment of $750  is due to secure the reservation. A refundable security deposit of $1500 is due upon arrival.
